I'm really scratching my head over some of the things, John. In good time all will be revealed when or if I get a better understanding of what it all means.

Some of you may remember an article by drivel I think it was, that quoted Ford's Euro engine guru as saying Ford will no longer invest in their V8s. I can't remember the guy's name.. Pic.. Pino.. Picone.. ah, yes, Pinocchio.

Look, Coyote and the V6s have been out for years now and GM's newer DI V6s and Pushrod Gen 5s
are starting to "catch" them, the competitor in me has to believe that Ford has continued working on
its engines and has been far from sitting on its hands.

I recall how one of the Coyote developers proudly mentioned that power levels were achieved with PFI and
that DI was not required which saved $50/engine....Pfft, that blew me away, was the guy tipping Ford's hand?

Just reading that is expensive, lol. Luckily they're building 5000 of these a year, or was the article referring to the Condor powered Shelby? This would sell more. Goes to show how capabilities increase when there's volume involved.

Apparentluy it's a tech that Ford was intending to add to other engine lines once the process was perfected in Trinity..
