Insurance time again

I'm with Shannons for the GT and SGIO for the Territory. Found both of those companies to be the best for both of those cars. I was a long time RAC Insurance user before getting the EL GT.

Shannons seemed to be the best for me, maybe you could help me Greg. I've got it insured for 40 at $900 a year. Do you think that's fair?

Lumley's $1300 for both GT's insured for $40K, wanted pictures & a valuation of both cars before even considering $45K.

Just some info for you guys,got a renewal from Lumleys, premium has gone up, car values stagnated?
Got a message from a guy in the Falcon GT Club of Queensland, try Enthusiast Underwriting, so I did.
What are the cars used for?
Mainly club events,never driven more than 3 times a month.
OK,would both your cars be on the road @ the same time? No.
So you would qualify for limited recreational use. OK.
Both GT's valued @ $45K, no problems, no photo's required.
Premium $400 less than Lumley's for BOTH GT's.
Now to be fair, my insurance, use, is completely different to most of you guys.
They saved me a fair whack, they do daily drivers as well & offer discounts for car collections, modern GT's & Classic GT's are welcome.
I got their toll free number off the internet, the guy that runs the WA & SA enquiries, was a former employee of Torque Insurance, believe me, he knows his cars!!!
Give them a call, they have branches in most states.
In case your wondering, I have no interest in Enthusiasts Underwriting, nor do I have any relatives, friends, or ex wives working for them.

You can e mail them, with what you want, condition of your cars, odometer readings etc.
Took 4 days to get a reply, but I am more than happy with the results of the enquirey!!!
My agent is a big fan of the T3 TS 50!!!
