And it's not just with the Falcon that some of these posts are disresepctful of, I know this site is about Falcon's and will remain that but other sites that talk about thing's such as the new Territory, there is nothing but shit caning of them, here Ford has released a great product, albeit with a flaw but Ford are working on that issue and it almost seem's like a resolve is in place soon.
But here we have some posters and new ones at that I might add again, doing nothing but saying, "shame Ford, Shame..I will never ever buy another Ford product in my lifetime"
It's this kind of menatality and mindless action's that make it so frustrating, I can understand that there might be a problem, but hey what manufacturer does not thave their drama's, but the way these people go about it , it is as if Ford are the worst and they are doing nothing but clearly damaging the product on behalf of their on ego.

Guys, we might be called Falcon Forums but its a Ford site first and foremost, feel free to discuss any blue oval product, as demand and interest expands so will the site facilities and sections..! :-)

At the very least Terri is a Falcon derivative so i see Terri as absolutely relevant.

As Norm has correctly said, discussion of any Ford product is more than welcome here, in fact we encourage it.

I do know your frustration and it is partly a result of that frustration that we created this site. We do realise that any manufacturer is going to have issues with mass produced cars, it is part of the business. Just like any forum is going to attract posts that are negative to the manufacturer as a result of those issues, which is also part of the business. We do not expect to be immune from the negative aspects of this, what we do hope for is that our site will enjoy consumer, dealer and manufacturer support and evolve into a forum where such issues can be discussed, problems identified and hopefully a few answers found. I know myself and the other admin are hoping that although negative comments will come up, this site will not be about a mindless whinge but rather it will be a forum for mature logical discussion that often results in usable answers. Our dream for the site is to have the volume of members and the right atmosphere for Ford and the dealer network to utilise us as a consumer interface where they can gain usable feedback on their products. This usable feedback (both positive and negative) can then be used by them to improve future products and services.

For us to achieve this dream there are a number of things that we need.

First we need the volume of members and post traffic to give us some clout, this is something that although we are progressing well there is still much work to do. For this we are obviously working hard to increase our numbers using a variety of different means at our disposal but it is our current members that will be our greatest asset here, help us spread the word.

Secondly we need quality discussion that ensures that Ford and the dealer network feel we are on their side, we do believe in the product and we aspire to see the brand flourish well into the future. This is one area we are excelling in at the moment and I see no reason why this will not continue. All our feedback that we have seen since our launch has been positive on this area which is not our doing, we owe thanks to our members for taking our vision for this site and helping that grow.

Finally and I believe most importantly our vision is this site will be a comfortable and friendly environment for all enthusiasts and users of the Ford product to share their experiences, discuss their ideas and foster growth in their passion and the passion of the other members in all things Ford. If we can achieve that then the rest will grow as a result, it is early days but I think we are well on our way.

Anyway, enough dribble from me, I have to get going and spread the word some more.
