do you guys have a help section? or forum type advice people? We need help. Have an EB Fairmont Ghia running 5L Windsor.

Friday night the car drove somewhat normally but when we parked the car at a HJ's we were cold and went to start the car to put heater on and the car turned over but had a horrible burbling spluttering noise, no idle and pumping accelerator, did nothing and she conked. turned it over twice more same result. 4th time we had absolutely nothing, others in the car park suggested tapping the fuel pump again no success the car tried to turn over but wouldn't fire. We towed it home and have changed the fuel ump, fuel pump relay and still the car will not fire. Has anyone had a similar experience or have any advice on what else to look for or know something we may have missed. we have also tried to find any broken wiring and could locate no outward signs or issues anywhere. Please any advise or suggestions would be great as we need her running by morning for work. Thanks in advance.

Does the motor crank over? Is there a fuel smell (i.e. flooded engine) when it is cranking or just generally?

she was turning over but didn't fire, we nutted it out and she is running again. turned the ignition on pressed the valve in the fuel rail and then she fired up first pop. stiill have no idea why she went down in the first place but she is back up again.
