No reason not to continue the Ute, as only panel and interior changes

Best Falcon for me is the G6E turbo. New model will be the pick if I was buying (sorry I just bought an ST)

To be honest, and sadly true, I can't remember when I last ordered one for a) stock or b) a retail order

Like a lot of Ford's, totally forgotten about and left to collect dust.

I looked at the G6ET some years ago but decided against it for the following reasons:

    1) It has a powerful engine yet no LSD. It uses electronics to keep the back under control. This works well on smooth grippy roads such as found in capital citys but is absolute crap in the rest of Australia
    2) What is the point of a car that goes fast if it has povvo brakes. No upgrade package then it is either an accident waiting to happen of Miss Daisy's chariot. I have no interest if fitting after market brakes to a new car (even though I did to my FG2 ute as it was FRIGHTENING in its inability to stop).

If it could have had the XR6T LSD and the 4 spot brembo package fitted to NSW HP cars I would have bought one in 2008 instead of my datto (If there have been an F6E then I would have bough that too but I was told by FPV directly that there would never be one)

Ford and to a lesser extent FPV have really forgotten that 99.9% of Australia is not in the CBDs.

Could you fit 6/4 Brembos to the G6ET with the 19 inch wheel option?

Those wheels wont clear Brembos, you'd need to fit FPV wheels too.

At this stage of the release, I think G6eT is a real looker and has everything I would want.

The xr8 is a strong package that needs the clarity of pricing.

A choice so 2 for me now.
