    Xf xr8

    Pics of my XF with EL series 2 XR8 running gear. Mods include: Motor balanced, blueprinted, EL GT cam, Pacemaker ceramic extractors, redback exhaust fairlane tank with internal fuel pump, EL XR8 twin Thermo fans & radiator, XH radiator overflow, XG washer bottle. Interior: Leather & Suede seats, suede door inserts, centre console, rear parcel shelf, modified XF Ghia door pockets & front screen piller trims, velour hood lining, Re-Vaccuum formed crash pad, EB GT momo steering wheel,new carpet, XH XR8 dash with working smart lock,EL central locking & door snippet knobs, LTD interior light, Alpine MP3 head unit, 2 X Eclipse amps, 2 X 4" focal front door speakers, 2-6 X9" Eclipse rear speakers, 10" Pioneer sub woofer, Alpine CD 10 stacker, trimmed boot compartment. Wheels: Lexus GS430 18 x 8's with Yokahama's all round, lowered 1.5 inches on King springs. Paint: Spies Hecker modified Monza Red (COB).

    I remember seeing pics when it first popped up on xfalcon many moons ago, really does look like a factory xf v8.

    I wonder how different the e series might have been if the xf had copped the el2 wheezer in the late 80s....

    Thanks all for the positive feedback. It has been around for a while now. Still looks & goes great. No problems what so ever. Might ned to touch up the paint a bit (I'm the only one who picks it) Few shots of work in progress below
