This applies to T3 models only. T1 and T2 had fewer differences between the models and I will leave it for owners of those models to set out the differences if they wish.
TS and TL over TE
Exterior - not a lot:-
5-spoke mags with staggered rear offset by 8mm,
Red brake calipers front and rear in place of charcoal/silver calipers on TE.
Interior - quite a bit here:-
Fairmont style dash with Climate Control A/C and multifunction driving computer,
White faced instrument panel,
Headlights auto-off function with time delay,
ESS auto with steering wheel shift buttons,
6-stack CD player in place of single,
Optional Satnav has colour display in place of monochrome,
Plush pile carpet,
Chrome door handles, chrome handbrake release button, chrome dress ring top of gearshift boot (manual), chrome release button on T-bar shifter (auto),
Leather handbrake cover,
Padded sunvisors with mirrors in both (TE has mirror passenger side only),
Sound deadening lining in glovebox.
Mechanicals - in order to shift the bias from hard edged towards more comfortable tourer:-
Progressive rate rear springs,
Koni (Series 82 red) adjustable shocks,
Lighter front anti-roll bar,
Fairmont spec (lighter) power steering (TE has specific steering rack not available on any other model),
TL over TS
The differences are virtually all interior:-
Obviously with longer wheelbase the extra legroom for rear passengers,
10 way power adjustable driver's seat with memory for 3 drivers including rear view mirror settings (for forward and reverse),
6 way power adjustable passenger seat with manual adjustment for back rest angle and lumber,
Door trims with carpeted kick panels,
Front doors with courtesy lights,
Front door armrests incorporate storage compartments,
Rear seat contoured towards higher comfort for two occupants,
Premium Sound standard which included cassette player and amp/sub-woofer and dual cone speakers,
Optional Sunroof has additional features with two memory positions and instant close function.
