A day with the 2013 GT500

The holiday was basically a series of smaller road trips. Being an enthusiast I guess I wanted to experience as many different cars as I could and I was able to organise it to that end.

As for the seat height, it was noticeably lower than the falcon and I'm not sure if it was adjustable, I don't remember adjusting it down but I generally do so when I get in cars with that option.

I think golf clubs would definitely fit if you didn't have the subwoofer in the boot, with it though I'm not so sure!

Not to preempt my next articles but I have to say that the AMG was my pick of the cars I drove (not the first time I've driven a C63 though) and the 335i was surprisingly good.

Sounds like one of those great bucket list trips - good for you !
One would expect the money paid for a GT500 would have seat height adjustability - anyway just wondering, Falcon seating position is too high imo.

Well have to say even a T3 having the sub option IF you had one of those huge golf bags you'd have trouble to fit and on angle.

Hopefully soon mate, been flat out at work lately in the build up to the end of financial year. I will get back into writing in a few weeks. Loved your GTF piece mate - wish I could drive one as a point of comparison with the Shelby and AMG. I share your sentiments on the handling characteristics of a standard 335GT
