Hopefully battery technology comes a long way in the next 10-20 years to make this much more viable.
Fast charging batteries significantly reduces their life.

The torque of DC motors is what interests me, the Ute with a 700NM DC motor would be so interesting. This tech is around now, we just need it to run on a few of my farts..... would finally be good for something.
