Australian Muscle Car ... "It is a sensational high performance vehicle; a beautifully engineered and immensely capable four door Grand Tourer or 'GT' in the truest sense of that tradition."
No prize for guessing what car they were referring to ... OWN THE ROAD ...
It has been FS for quite a while - I know quite a few TSeries owners had been doing their checking, 1 infact went to Mildura to test run, had some noise's coming from the heart, one person mentioned it was just the harmonic balancer, undertray was missing etcetc but for the $$$$$$ nice buy !
Always between looking near on $5-8k to sort out a unloved specimen - this is just ball park mention fellas don't shoot me.

TS50/Sprint 8 and daily anti aussie Macan GTS
"Don't believe everything you read on the internet. Abraham Lincoln"
It was for sale a few months ago, disappeared and has come back up.
For some reason it has the orange S1 climate control display in it and from the photos just the normal wear and tear. (gear knob etc)
As Maurie said, one AFF member went and met the guy half way to test drive the car. His impression was that it wouldn't rev and felt like the engine was going to jump out of the bonnet. It was mentioned that it could be engine mounts or harmonic balancer.
At 150k, it would be close to needing clutch, brakes, possibly koni rebuilds etc. But at the end of the day, its 1 of 72 manual TS50's made and is in possibly the rarest colour.
16k to buy and at a guess probably minimum of 5k possibly 10k if you get carried away with paint repairs etc. Still if it did end up a 25k car, its a nice collectors item.
says its now sold. That's the power of Norm
