Got the Kumho's on the genuine T3 wheels - have used them before and have been very satisfied but if I recall correctly I'm hearing road noise on hwy usage.

Yeah I didn't go the KU31's because they are directional.
I didn't want to have directional tyres on my car now that it has the staggered rim/tyre combo that on it, at least with asymmetrical tyres I can still swap rims from left to right without out needing tyres to be removed and refitted.
Back on the subject of the Nexen N8000's, just checked how they are going on the old mans car (G6E Turbo) after his 3000km trip around Victoria/nsw/act and I would say he may get around 40000kms out of them (there currently at 360000) They seemed to have really started to wear all-over pretty quickly since about 25000kms but he says there still quiet and fairly grippy
