    Great Service Guys

With some of the negative comments floating around with regards to dealer service I thought I would congratulate Greg and the team for getting on the front foot. During the week I received an email informing me that a black XR8 was being delivered to their yard. Already sold but available for people to have a look at. Also attached to the email was an electronic copy of the Ford brochure.

Just wanted to say thanks and highlight the good work of one of our forum businesses.

Greg & his Team know how to get the JOB DONE.
Have watched them at work on the FPV & Horsepower day for a number of years.

Wow!!! That's pro active service , well done!!! Look what we cop in W.A.
In a moment of madness, I thought about ditching the EL, "we would like to have a look at the new BA GT, trade in is a low k EL GT, mint condition"
No return phone call, no time allocated for an "in the flesh" inspection.
We received a post card sized picture of the car?
    Never mind, move on
We would like to inspect the new BF Cobra, no trade, possible Ford Finance.
Sure, no problems, how much will you offer for the car? Dunno mate, I haven't seen it yet!!!
Sir, the price at the moment is $25k above RRP, can you offer more than that?
The car was up for best offer, not for sale!!!
OK mate, no worries, we won't bother.
A friend of mine was interested in the same car, & subjected to the same treatment.
He wound up flying to Melbourne, clinching the deal, had a couple of sweeteners thrown into the deal, & drove his new Cobra back to Perth.

What is it with WA pricing? The pricing on Carsales for the XR8 are well above what I would call reasonable pricing. Just wanted to add that Greg sent me this information even though they are my "back up" dealer for my XR8. Would love to grab it off him but I have promised the sale to the Gundi dealer. Hoping to repay Greg's service with a Ranger this year.

Once again Greg has been awesome with his information and his time. If my original XR8 deal falls through these guys will be getting my business. Kind of wish I had met them earlier. If you are looking to grab a car ring Greg. Seriously his service to date has been nothing short of exceptional.
