GT-F Gauges in non GT-F car.

See on the other forum theres a few guys getting GTF gauges loaded in to their FG's??

Interesting to note they don't look to work, and there was a request from Ford that the threads be shut.

My take on this is it shouldn't be done especially when Ford have openly come out and request that it be ceased.

I was surprised because the gauges with VIN activated (or so I was led to believe). But the software update was done by the Ford guys themselves and not the supplier.

Either way if it was put on a car it would work seeing as nothing special is added to the GTF to get the data.

Seems like it isnt though going by the photos on the other forum, the only thing that seems to work is Volts.
