Love that supercharger whine. Just can't wait until I get the XR8.

I think it was just aesthetics more than anything.

Yep, aesthetics. No sinister backstory on this one. Someone suggested that hardware, we tried it on the first car, quickly changed our mind before production.

So yesterday was the release anniversary.

What a day it was for me. Still remember it like it was yesterday.

The biggest learning for me came from seeing the car people behind the product.

It really stood out that the words in the video were genuine. Car people building for car people.

Our culture, our passion embodied in the product, a unification if you like.

When I get a chance I will post up some pictures that were important to me.

I like to just stare at them for ages.

My screen wall paper on my pc is a white and black gtf.

I have a collection of smoke and black examples, my car is all over my phone. It lives with me all the time.
It serves as a reminder to me every day.

It was always going to be a very personal purchase for me and to be an owner representing this forum at the national reveal was an experience I could never have purchased with money.
I have to say thanks to my fellow forum owners for allowing me that opportunity as it will forever be a highlight in my life
