    Thought I'd better update this thread been a while well iv got the 5 speed fully rebuilt/ upgraded and fitted a 2nd amp for the speakers because the subs were overpowering the quality and am currently redesigning the boot floor design but most of all I am enjoying driving the old girl had it 3 years and it still puts a smile on my face every time

    And ended up buying ebc greenstuff brake pads there a little pricey but we'll worth it when you hammer the brake pedal it pulls up really quickly

    Unfortunately, there isnt much else you can do to E series brakes except good rotors and pads. Well you can spend big $$$ on some EL GT uprights and calipers which will allow you to run 330mm and twin piston, or you can get a 4 piston 330mm AP racing set, but they are about 4k!
    There's a couple of aftermarket brake set ups as well, for $1500-2000 iirc, but they change the front to au offsets.

    been a while since iv been on here so I better give an update iv done the serpentine conversion and twin thermo fan conversion and fully rebuilt my air con but my biggest mod of late has been lowering the old girl 35mm using Monroe gt sport short shocks and king springs ultra low springs and am currently looking at upgrading to Fairmont climate control and trip computer as well as power windows

    hi have a little free time so I thought id give you all an update iv bought a set of 18 inch mc racing wheels 8 inch fronts and 9 inch rears with front 235/40zr18 tyres and a massive 285/35 zr18 rear in mayrun mr500 an excellent tyre for the price looks tough tucking 285s in the rear

    Hi been ages since iv updated so here it is since my last update its had a trip to Melbourne and the ford plants its also had ed xr8 sprint doorcards fitted with power windows as well as Fairmont trip computer and climate control is currently prepareing for a road trip to Bathurst
    After this trip it has a full ed xr8 sprint bodykit as well as a ba gt bonnet buldge to add
