    Wow! Can't build an XR8 ute but can still build a XA-era column shift!

    Look at the size of that gear shifter. Its twice the size of one in an XA.

    It just needs to be small like a wiper stalk. Like Benz E & S class do. Its all electronically shifted anyway.

    That said I'd have ordered the Pursuit with a column auto if I could. Somehow FoA have it in their head that only people with base model cars have 2 friends.

    Our FG2 ute is a 3 seater too, bloody handy.

    I had a Column shift FG EcoLPI Ute for a while, great ute with plenty of punch.
    Great car when you needed to carry two passengers without needing a crew cab.
