Ford are really dragging their feet with regard to announcing sprint details. Only a few months production remain

The assembly plant employees would be looking about for new jobs ahead of closure, (not easy to find jobs oct-dec before xmas) so who knows....its possible noone will be there to spanner these cars together.

Ford will release when the car is ready. Not when someone on a Forum wants it.

Most won't be walking prior due to their redundancy packages coming...Many will get a fair wack out of that due to the time they have been working there.

Its when the customer wants it...not specifically me or anyone on a forum..

If anything the delay has cost them... Plenty are holding off buying in anticipation...So much so I bought a 2015 FGX XR8 for an absolute bargain basement steal of a price with them gathering dust in dealerships.

If all are likely to be sold then why not just announce it? No script or timing is going to result in additional sales, just having to unload existing fgx cars at lowball prices..

There's no delay.

The product was always going to be a farewell last product.

As we've said a dozen or more times in the past 6 months, act with a refundable deposit to secure a car and the rest will take care of itself.

People holding off are going to be disappointed if they haven't put a deposit down.

Ford isn't doing what their doing on purpose they are following the same protocol that every other OEM car does.
