Coming from my dealership observations locally - I don't see much if at all local engagement - meaning some presence around sporting fields etcetc do sausage sizzles etc having Focus Fiesta parked around them. Offering test drives etc, most people will go to the local Mazda/Toy/Subaru dealerships close by.
You got to be at the cold face when your needing to recover lost ground.
Besides the box issues of the past these little hatchs are great bit of kit - not right they are not picking up more numbers to the opposition.
Need to take the fight to them, they won't walk into the door.
