Gal, I take my hat off to you for committing to getting and staying fit. While I suck at running long distances personally, I committed years ago to regular gym work. So much so I built my own gym as part of-of our house when we built it 8 years ago. I am pretty much in there most days doing an average of 45-1.5 hrs a day, either first thing at 5.30 am or in the evenings after work.
I watched both my parents suffer and eventually succumb to health-related issues at a relatively young age. I decided in my 30's that I ddint want go down the same path and have progressively made changes since to my fitness and mental health. I have also changed my diet to be prodominately plant based and it has liternally been one of the best things I have done. Not just for myself, but for envionmental and animal welfare reasons. The plant based intake from a body shape perspective has helped to lean out in the usual trouble areas for men, while also stacking on more muscle and building strength.
