GV is the code for 221 6 cyl column shift manual from memory.

That is correct mine is GV and an original 221 6 cyl 3 speed column.

Surprised to hear you mention teal as original color.
Why would you think that ?
Which color would that be on the chart ?

I've come across an orange/red underneath the white paint, but that could be a primer.

The seller send me this sheet as a owners certificate, but it look more like a yearly registration

Thats what the engine is out of...

your car is a bitsa, mixed up engine, id plate and Vin....
