    Yep the plate on the car is incorrect for the chassis.
    My Falcon family heritage: XY V8 Falcon 500, XYGT, XBGT, XC 351 GS, XD 4.1 Spack, EF wagon, AU Wagon, AU2 Wagon, AU2 XR8, BA XR8, BF XR8, FG XR6, Sprint 8. AU3 XLS Marlin Ute, FG2 Ute, 996.2 Carrera, MY24 Raptor.

    Some genreal XW info if this helps. I think you need to sort the cars real identity first.

    The plate is from a 222 Falcon 500. And I'm guessing the teal colour is the original. I

    Surprised to hear you mention teal as original color.
    Why would you think that ?
    Which color would that be on the chart ?

    I've come across an orange/red underneath the white paint, but that could be a primer.

    Thats what the engine is out of...

    your car is a bitsa, mixed up engine, id plate and Vin....

    Any info on what they may be referring to?
