    DJR has shown this throughout the year from technical parity to the actual rules.
    I'm hoping that supercars has had a proper wake up call.
    With the events of the last few weeks this has not happened. If they had, then a professional body would have outlined what changes they have made, the lines of accountability, and the plans for 2020. This did not happen, and has not to date so why would we think that anything has changed or will change?

    Like I said. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. This is a new process so better to do this now than before the enduros.

    What is new about the process? Isn't it the same testing as when the Mustang was tested at Temora?

    Updated version of the same process. Hydraulicly actuated suspension to allow checks at various ride heights.

    My questions then become;
    Are raked ride heights being tested?
    Is the Supercars FGX mule equal to the other cars being tested in weight and CofG? (Remember the prototype COTF FG built by Supercars? That's been updated to FGX spec, given that COTF FG had issues achieving a min weight, which was HIGHER than current, and weight will have a bearing on coast down tests, what has been done to equalise this?)
    Does the updated FG run the new transmission or the old one? - another variable that should be controlled

    But the billion dollar question is - who found the errors and campaigned for the retest.

    I'm tipping we'll never see answers to any of the above.

    Compared to the start of last year's coast down test that yielded the closest result ever. That have made lots of changes.
