I was ok. Its hard to know what was caused by the virus and or what was going to happen regardless.

I do have alot more headaches now but my eye sight has been deteriorating for ages. Stressed through the roof with other issues.

    Or it could be covid.

My cough lasted a few weeks but then again that's actually normal for me. Other seem to jump up and down about this thing if they aren't back to normal in 3 days.

I see the Vic government is paying 5 million compensation to the tower residents who were locked down.

This is the sort of thing that we spoke about. The fall out from actions taken will occur behind closed doors where people can't see or hear what goes on.

We have a housing crisis because in part companies went to the wall through covid closures.

Has the vaccine actually saved a single life.

I know that sounds like a preposterous question but when you have concurrent acts occurring, it's not straight forward.

When you lock down and don't have a high circulation of virus it's easy to say I was saved by the vaccine. Many did but you can't actually know for certain. It was the smart thing to do for the majority of people because even with the class actions that's now accusing around the world over this vaccine it's going to be very hard to conclude any other than it saved people's lives.

We have WA with 600k of unused rapid tests and I believe qld is giving away its manufacturered quarantine facility.

These were political footballs at the time. People we effectively so scared they couldn't see rationally. Now there is no accountability. This money could have gone into health. He'll it could have built more hospitals but most if not all actions were primarily based on politicians keeping their jobs.

No... then release the health advice.
History is a statement, the future is a question.

it sure has been a unbelieveable period all went through......
We can only consider a good thing we didn't suffer like other places around the world being so far away and could close out most travellers from abroad.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing and as you mention, did this virius accelerate what was going to happen to some people later on ? who knows I don't think those answers will surface till much later.

Hope your improving thats the main thing.

A close friend of ours, non smoker/casual drinker, huge fitness dood in the lycra form.
Used to ride easy 300k's a week, he got it big time 2yrs ago, still recovering.
Sapped of energy, couldn't lift his arms above shoulder height, couldn't get himself out of bed or the couch without his wife's assistance.
    Felt crook all the time.
Got on work compo for he caught it there, been going to quacks religiously and monitored, physio weekly, he's about at 60% better now but miles off what he once was.

When we finally caught up for the first time maybe early last year watching him walk towards us and stairs was like I was seeing my 90yr old man.

Are all those symptoms and condition was coming to him in say in 10/12yrs later ? who knows.

Whereas over all that covid time my wife and daughter got infected once, headaches/fever, flu typical type symptoms but heavier and bed ridden so naturally I kept rat testing myself, I tested positive but had no symptoms felt fine.
Friggin strange it sure has been.

Has the vaccine saved or more so helped or avoided some getting anything worse ? again who knows, the aged/pensioners I think you would have been silly not having the shots depending the circumstances, where you reside near alot of people etcetc - regionally I think as long as you kept to yourself and your no where near so many people like in the Burbs you prob could have not had the shots.
Aged care facilities like where my mother inlaw is delivery drivers are going through every single day let alone every few hours, that was high risk imo for a % of the aged who were vulnarable I guess.

As for how it was dealt with, reported by the media, at a loss there, the media are scum thats for sure.
The Morrison Gov ? heck you could probably poke holes through so much let alone certain the State leaders, the obvious is we the people are the ones who suffer at the cold face.

The knock off effects are there and ahead even just day to day living, will accountability prevail ?

I was at a Emergency ward last from 9.30pm till 2am - you could sense all the covid fall out still live and well, you'd think a Tueday evening wouldn't be that long a ordeal, down on staff, the load on the system, you saw people in utter pain but having to wait and wait after registering.
Had to wear masks that is fine by me but I just couldn't help feeling like it was back 2yrs ago or more, the less care from fellow citizens, people frowning at one coughing, surreal.

I got off relatively lightly I suppose. I contracted COVID last Dec and it took about a month or so to fully recover.

The greatest impact for us is constant business disruption.

Same for me, business disruptions but the absolute worst thing by far is the mental health issues it's created for my youngest.

Extended periods of forced isolation and no face to face learning from lockdowns has left her with extreme clinically diagnosed social anxiety.

She currently can't go to school for fear of continued issues with other class mates who made her first month at a new school in yr7 extremely difficult.

Lockdowns were the absolute worst way to handle Covid.

There are so many kids in the same boat Norm. The wife unit being a teacher has seen first hand the damage caused by the lockdowns. Her school has had near on 60 kids pulled out of school due to the psychological trauma brought about by the criminal lockdowns.

We as a state, nation, planet are yet to see the full ramifications and negative impacts of the actions of governments during the past three years. Arguments of all sorts could be made about the impact of the virus(es) specifically however what has gone beyond doubt and argument is the deleterious actions of every single government the world over. What they did and forced upon the people of the world is orders of magnitude worse than any effect the virus had. Every single government is guilty of crimes against humanity, be it due to the lockdowns, the economic destruction (and the resultant raiding of the treasury) and the vaccine mandates.

They have so much blood on their hands, there isn't a cleaning product that can wash it away.

Yep, we even had the Vic Govt yesterday forced to pay compensation (with our money) to the residents of housing towers placed in house arrest....

Late last year was in TAFE again with a bunch of 16-17-18 year old kids, they basically left year 9, came back to school in year 11, couldn't handle it and the school didn't want to hold them back so they forced them upwards, so they pulled out of school and dumped into the TAFE system.

I had to help out a lot of kids with the very basics to get them through a certificate II because the trade teachers were absolutely fucking useless, to the point where I ended up being the substitute teacher to help these kids out of pity.

A damning indictment on the indoctrination, I mean education system.

Can someone explain to me the class action for vaccine injury please?

There is a hazard in the environment. It essentially can't be avoided and it can be harmful. How are they going to prove their injuries wouldn't have happened regardless via the virus?

They can't get the companies, they are immunised. See what I did there!

I can see an issue with mandates but that's a different action
