Before the aussie dollar became the new pacific peso I would have bet money on an aussie buyer paying big nz money for it, but with the dollar closer to parity then it's been for a very long time I think it will stay in nz, and probably sell for around the 100k mark.
Today, the running total is $120,100 NZ............
$121900. only one day to go, not looking good for a big price.!
