So are airbags safe and legal or not?! That's all I wanted to know!!?

Well I don't know about other states but you certainly can get airbags "engineered" in Vic.

Are they safe? Well assuming they are well made absolutely. If they can hold up a bdouble for a million km. They can hold an xr6. And if the valving is quick enough they can eliminate body roll and make a car safer.

I think almost all high end cars now offer airbags as a part of their standard spec.
