Tesla took their medicine years ago.

Few things to remember though is that Ford had a stop sale for a while to trace a fault with the F150 trying to figure if it was design or manufacturing (it was the latter).

Look at Ford pricing. Mach E is $16k dearer than the Model Y for a car with less space, less range, less performance and less charging infrastructure. F150 is going up in price as well. Dealers are price gouging the EVs with huge mark ups in the states.

Quicker Ford ditch the dealer network, the quicker they'll make money on EVs.

And OP, I've over 250,000 kms in EVs in Australia with one at 160,000 in under 6 years. Best car I've ever owned. Less than 10% degradation in that time as well. Please share how they're a scam?!

The real scam is how people are so hooked to petrol by the Middle East that they would fight against something that makes their lives better.
They are a scam when viewed from the perspective of environmental impact during manufacture (inclusive of raw material acquisition), impact during disposal/decommissioning and the impact on the grid should EVs in their current guise get to 20% of the cars on the road. The criminals posing as environmentalists have ensured baseload generation will become extinct, something necessary should the car fleet be 20% EV.

Oh and anyone that thinks Tesla are making money on each car... keep dreaming. US govco subsidies make their numbers look far better than they really are.
